Abstract

Los perfeccionamientos en el sistema de volante con módulo airbag y claxon flotante permiten un rápido montaje y desmontaje del conjunto y prevén la utilización opcional de un tornillo (8) convencional y de una pieza (9) de doble clip para la retención del módulo airbag a través de su chapa (7) inferior portadora de un contacto del claxon, pudiendo este primer contacto estar dispuesto sobre una pieza (23) sujeta a una placa (22) adicional, y pudiendo estar constituido el otro contacto del claxon en una segunda chapa (13) soportada por la misma pieza (9) de doble clip o por una elevación de una parte metálica de la estructura del volante. El tornillo puede ser sustituido según la invención por una patilla (16) con extremo de gancho que retiene una porción obtenida de la misma chapa (7) inferior del módulo airbag con la colaboración de un resorte de torsión. La citada pieza (9) de doble clip puede estar anclada inferiormente en una parte metálica del volante o en la espuma que recubre la estructura del mismo.
