Abstract

The protective device consists of a pref. one-piece corrugated sheath (11) with a wall (12) of thickness varying periodically along its length subdivided by corrugations (13), the gap (19) between adjacent corrugations (13) being max. 3 mm. Pref. the sheath is made of a tough elastic material, pref. polyamide, esp. contg. a filler.
