Abstract

Composition capable of stimulating the acquired defence mechanism of plants. The composition comprises at least 0.05-20% of an amino acid selected from hydroxyproline, arginine, ornithine and their mixtures, 0.1-1%, expressed as Ti, of a soluble salt or complex of Ti, 0.05-10% of saccharose, 05-50% of ethanolamine-phosphite and 0.5-15% of at least one polyamine, in which all the percentages are by weight with respect to the total for the composition. The composition may also include chitosane, fertilisers, biostimulants, coadjuvants and plant health products. The composition can stimulate the acquired defence mechanism of plants and can be applied to plants in the field during the cultivation cycle, via the roots and/or leaves or onto the fruit or plant material after harvesting, by means of a bath, shower, or as a semi-solid form mixed with waxes.
