THE EXTENDED SURFACE AREA OF THE DUCTS (20), IN COMPARISON TO THE DUCTS (15) (PREFERABLY THESE SURFACE AREAS ARE IN A RATIO OF MORE THAN 7: 1) MAKES THE PILE OF MODULES SUITABLE FOR THE HEAT CHANGE BETWEEN CONTRACOR PARALLELS OF FLUIDS OF DIFFERENT THERMAL CAPACITIES. IN A PREFERRED DEVICE, THE AIR IS FORCED TO PASS THROUGH A FAN, THROUGH MULTIPLE, THROUGH THE CHANNELS (20), WHERE THE INTERLOCKED FINS SERVE TO EQUAL THE AIR TEMPERATURES AND THE SPEEDS OF THE WIDTHS. CHANNELS, WHILE THE END OF THE CHANNELS (17) ARE CLOSED AND A LIQUID (OR LIQUIDS) ENTERS AND LEAVES THE CHANNELS (17) AT A RIGHT ANGLE REGARDING THE SAME AS WELL AS IT IS ONCE IN THE CHANNELS (17 ) THE LIQUID FLOWS A PARALLEL COUNTER CURRENT WITH RESPECT TO THE AIR CURRENT.
