Abstract
Sistema global autónomo perfeccionado para vigilancia remota de purgadores, válvulas e instalaciones de fluidos en tiempo real formado por cinco elementos básicos: sensor múltiple, analizador-transmisor-receptor, receptor intermedio opcional, ordenador remoto con software y protocolos de conexión vía Internet entre transmisor y ordenador (figura 1). El sensor mide ultrasonido, conductividad, presión y temperatura del fluido. El analizador-transmisor-receptor vigila continuamente los parámetros del fluido, suministrando información óptica, acústica y numérica, in situ o a distancia, según los valores medidos. El receptor-transmisor-intermedio capta las seriales emitidas por el analizador-transmisor-receptor, reenviándolas vía Internet al ordenador situado en cualquier lugar del planeta. Dos baterías, recargadas mediante células fotovoltaicas alimentan los circuitos electrónicos del analizador-transmisor-receptor. El sistema se aplica a vigilancia continua y control de fugas en válvulas e instalaciones. Resuelve el problema de inspección automática y vigilancia continua de fugas en válvulas, sin intervención humana. Reduce el consumo energético por detección de fugas en tiempo real.Autonomous global system perfected for remote monitoring of traps, valves and fluid installations in real time consisting of five basic elements: multiple sensor, analyzer-transmitter-receiver, optional intermediate receiver, remote computer with software and Internet connection protocols between transmitter and computer (figure 1). The sensor measures ultrasound, conductivity, pressure and fluid temperature. The analyzer-transmitter-receiver continuously monitors the parameters of the fluid, supplying optical, acoustic and numerical information, in situ or remotely, according to the measured values. The receiver-transmitter-intermediate captures the serials emitted by the analyzer-transmitter-receiver, forwarding them via Internet to the computer located anywhere on the planet. Two batteries, recharged by photovoltaic cells supply the electronic circuits of the analyzer-transmitter-receiver. The system is applied to continuous monitoring and control of leaks in valves and installations. Solves the problem of automatic inspection and continuous monitoring of valve leaks, without human intervention. Reduces energy consumption by detecting leaks in real time.
