Abstract

Método y dispositivo para acceder a la medida de magnitudes en maquinas rotativas permite medir y monitorizar magnitudes de elementos de máquinas en rotación sin contacto físico en la transmisión. Este dispositivo consta de un sistema emisor de las magnitudes medidas (E) acoplado al eje de rotación del elemento rotativo de la máquina (M), y un sistema receptor (R). El sistema receptor (R) es el encargado de interpretar y facilitar la manipulación de las medidas en tiempo real, a distancia y sin contacto físico con la etapa emisor (E). El sistema emisor (E), es la etapa que caracteriza al dispositivo, debido a su robustez mecánica, electromagnética y térmica. Este grado de robustez se lo confiere al procedimiento de montaje, la ubicación, y la propia naturaleza de la transmisión, al utilizar un canal de radiación infrarroja.Method and device to access the measurement of magnitudes in rotating machines allows to measure and monitor magnitudes of rotating machine elements without physical contact in the transmission. This device consists of a transmitter system of measured quantities (E) coupled to the axis of rotation of the rotating element of the machine (M), and a receiver system (R). The receiver system (R) is in charge of interpreting and facilitating the manipulation of the measurements in real time, remotely and without physical contact with the emitter stage (E). The emitter system (E), is the stage that characterizes the device, due to its mechanical, electromagnetic and thermal robustness. This degree of robustness is given to the mounting procedure, the location, and the nature of the transmission itself, by using an infrared radiation channel.
