Abstract

El sistema objeto de la presente invención permite (i) medir la información geométrica y cromática de piezas, (ii) construir una representación geométrica de las mismas adecuada para su introducción y manejo eficiente en entornos CAD (Computer Aided Design) y, en el caso de piezas homogéneas, (iii) cuantificar de forma objetiva su comportamiento cromático. El funcionamiento de la invención es enteramente automático: la misión del operador se reduce a ubicar las piezas en la plataforma de medida, a definir la secuencia de posiciones a estudiar y a lanzar los distintos procedimientos en el orden deseado (bien directamente o a través de un procedimiento maestro). Básicamente el sistema comprende uno o varios equipos de captación de imágenes (8) (9), los oportunos equipos de digitalización y almacenamiento (2) (3) de imágenes, un sistema posicionador (11) (12) (13) (14) con el correspondiente equipo de control (5) para el movimiento controlado de las piezas (10), un proyector de luz estructurado (6), un proyector de luz que no necesita ser estructurado (7), y un equipo informático de computación (1) dotado del software, necesario para el funcionamiento del sistema (4). La ubicación física de todos estos componentes es arbitraria.The system object of the present invention allows (i) to measure the geometric and chromatic information of parts, (ii) to construct a geometric representation of the same suitable for its introduction and efficient handling in CAD (Computer Aided Design) environments and, in the case of homogeneous pieces, (iii) objectively quantify their color behavior. Basically the system includes one or more image capture equipment (8) (9), the appropriate image digitization and storage (2) (3) equipment, a positioning system (11) (12) (13) (14) with the corresponding control equipment (5) for the controlled movement of the pieces (10), a structured light projector (6), a light projector that does not need to be structured (7), and computer computing equipment (1 ) equipped with the software necessary for the operation of the system (4).
