Abstract

The system comprises basic multiple stationary apparatuses set up at the destination and the manual apparatus operated by the vision-impaired person, which is able to provide safe and efficient orientation to vision-impaired people so that they can reach their destination, communication taking place more conveniently with the basic apparatus thereof and the message being received simultaneously, from the basic apparatus, via external loudspeakers or microphones.
