IT IS PARTICULARLY IMPORTANT THAT THE PRIMARY FLUID IS A CONSISTENT PHASE, AND TO AVOID UNDUE PHASE VARIATIONS, THE PRESENT INVENTION INCLUDES A PHASE SEPARATOR (15) IN THE PRIMARY FLUID SUPPLY, WHICH DIRECTS THE LIQUID RICH FLUID (15L) TO THE PRIMARY FLUID INLET (14L) FROM THE INJECTION PUMP. GAS RICH FLUID (15G) MAY BYPASS THE INJECTION PUMP (24) AND INCORPORATE (28) WITH THE INJECTION PUMP OUTPUT IF DESIRED.
