Abstract

It consists of two large containers with long, narrow necks, joined in their lower part by a tube in which a one-way valve is inserted and joined by a refrigerator at the top. We arrange heat exchangers in each of the bases of the containers to keep their temperatures constant, the hot container being insulated thermally from the outside over its entire height (in all its dimension). The energy is produced with a hydraulic turbine installed in the down tube of the cold container and as a consequence of the high coefficient of expansion of a liquid when heated to a temperature below the vaporization temperature but maintaining the difference in temperature between the two containers. The principal liquid used is petroleum, or another liquid, or a mixture of organic compounds.
