Abstract

Pernio perfeccionado para puertas y ventanas metálicas del tipo de los constituidos por dos casquillos o cojinetes con una arandela de fricción interpuesta entre las testas de ambos y unidos axialmente por el eje en el cual giran, esencialmente caracterizado porque el cuerpo cilíndrico de cada uno de dichos casquillos se halla deformado a lo largo de uno de los lados por un ensanchamiento de diámetro que finaliza en una arista longitudinal constituida por la confluencia de dos zonas planas longitudinales iniciadas en las superficies curvas del casquillo, de manera que al apoyar la arista de cada casquillo cojinete, en la superficie del marco y del batiente respectivo que se han de articular, esta superficie y una de las zonas planas inmediatas a la arista forman un ángulo diedro que ofrece amplias superficies de alojamiento y asiento a la soldadura de unión, consiguiéndose una fuerte sujeción, un fácil centrado y una rápida realización de la soldadura.
