Abstract

House-hold ice-cream freezer comprised of a housing (2) devided into two bodies, a lower sealed body (17) wherein are housed the actuation, control and timing mechanisms (1-13-14-7) and another dismountable upper body (21) used as an ice bowl and wherein are housed a freezer bucket (27), a mixer (29) and the rotation members (23-28) for actuating the freezer bucket (27) and which are connected through a reducing unit (13-14-16) which actuates a member at a speed of 60 r.p.m. and which is arranged in a fixed pivot (22) extending vertically and axially along the body (21) and used to support the rotation members and to set the mixer (29) in a fixed position, grazing the side walls and bottom of the freezer bucket. The apparatus is specially intended to make up to 4 liters of ice-cream in 45 minutes.
