Abstract

Method for the retention of NAD(P)(H) in the native state using uncharged ultrafiltration membranes Comprises introducing NAD(P)(H) co(enzymes) in both the oxidized and reduced form into a continuously operating reactor for an enzyme chemical synthesis, including polyethylenimine in the reaction medium which has the effect that both the co(enzymes) and the polymer are retained by uncharged ultrafiltration membranes with a lower exclusion limit at the molecular weight of the polyethylenimine. Application in the chemical industry and especially in organic synthesis using enzymes.
