THIS INVENTION SPECIFICALLY DESCRIBES A PROCESS FOR THE SYNTHESIS OF 3, 4 -POLISOPRENE THAT INCLUDES THE POLYMERIZATION OF AN ISOPRENE MONOMER IN AN ORGANIC SOLVENT AT A TEMPERATURE WHICH IS WITHIN A CATEGORY OF -10 CA 100 C PRESENTLY IN THE PRESENCE WHICH IS COMPOSED OF (A) AN ORGAN-IRON COMPOUND, (B) AN ORGAN-ALUMINUM COMPOUND, (C) A CHELATING AROMATIC AMINE, AND (D) A PROTONIC COMPOUND; WHERE THE MOLAR RATIO OF THE CHELING AMINE TO THE ORGANOHIERRO COMPOUND IS WITHIN A LEVEL OF 5: 1 TO 200: 1 APPROXIMATELY, AND WHERE THE PROTONIC COMPOUND COMPONENT TO THE ORGANOALUMINUM COMPOUND IS 0.0001: 1 TO 0.2: 1
