SE PRESENTA UN PROCESO PARA LA REDUCCION CATALITICA SELECTIVA DE GASES DE ESCAPE DE MOTORES DIESEL DE VEHICULOS BAJO EL ADITAMIENTO DE NH3 O MATERIAS QUE DEJAN LIBRE NH3, DONDE SE CONTROLA EL ADITAMIENTO ESTEQUIOMETRICO DE NH3 DE TAL FORMA, QUE ESTA ADICCION DESDE EL PRINCIPIO ES INTERRUMPIDA, SI EN UN DETERMINADO PUNTO DEL LECHO DEL CATALIZADOR SE DETERMINA UN NIVEL DE PERCEPCION DE ALTA CONCENTRACION DE NH3. Y ES APLICADO DE NUEVO CUANDO LA CANTIDAD ALMACENADA DE NH3 EN EL CATALIZADOR ES LLEVADA NUEVAMENTE A LA REACCION, CON LO QUE ESTE PUNTO DE TIEMPO SE CALCULA DE FORMA APROXIMADA SEGUN EL PERIODO YA SEA A TRAVES DEL COMIENZO DE LA DOSIFICACION O A TRAVES DEL TERMINO DE LA DOSIFICACION DEL NOX PRODUCIDO DEL MOTOR SEGUN EL CAMPO DE TRABAJO DE ESTE MOTOR Y SU TIEMPO DE SERVICIO Y SE DETERMINA TENIENDO EN CUENTA EL PROMEDIO DE GRADO DE SEPARACION.
