LA POTENCIA BIODEGRADABLE DE MEZCLAS DE DILUYENTES DE BARNIZ BASADOS EN TULUOL, BUTILACETATO, XILOL, GASOLINA DILUYENTE Y BUTANOL SE PUEDE AUMENTAR A UN VALOR DE 150 GRAMOS DE SUSTANCIA ORGANICA POR CADA HORA Y POR CADA METRO CUBICO DE VOLUMEN DEL FILTRO, SIEMPRE Y CUANDO EL MATERIAL GRANULADO DE SUSTANCIAS POROSAS E HIDROFILAS ESTE RECUBIERTO POR CARBONO ACTIVADO (O RESINAS ABSORBENTES). LOS MICROORGANISMOS ANIDAN TANTO EN LOS POROS DE LOS GRANOS HIDROFILOS, COMO FUERA DE ELLOS (POR EJEMPLO EN ESTIERCOL, EL CUAL RELLENA EN PARTE LAS CAMARAS INTERMEDIAS DE LA CARGA.
