PROCEDIMIENTO DE PREPARACION DE CATALIZADORES A BASE DE ZEOLITAS TRATADAS CON ACIDO FOSFORICO, UTILES PARA SU APLICACION EN UNIDADES DE CRAQUEO CATALITICO EN LA PRESENTE MEMORIA SE DESCRIBE UN PROCEDIMIENTO PARA PREPARAR UN CATALIZADOR QUE CONTIENE ZEOLITA, Y QUE MEJORA LA ACTIVIDAD Y SELECTIVIDAD A DESTILADOS MEDIOS, DISMINUYENDO LA PRODUCCION DE GAS SECO Y COQUE. EL CATALIZADOR SE PREPARA MODIFICANDO LA ZEOLITA CON UNA DISOLUCION ACUOSA DE ACIDO FOSFORICO. COMO ZEOLITA SE PREFIERE UNA USY ZEOLITA, QUE HA SIDO PARCIALMENTE DESALUMINIZADA POR UN TRATAMIENTO PREVIO DE CALCINACION-VAPOR, Y EN LA QUE EL TRATAMIENTO CON H3PO4 SE LLEVA A CABO EN SOLUCION ACUOSA CONTENIENDO ENTRE 0,5 Y 4 POR CIENTO EN PESO DE H3PO4 CON RESPECTO A LA ZEOLITA. LA ZEOLITA MODIFICADA SE COMBINA CON EL PRECURSOR DE LA MATRIZ Y SE ATOMIZA PARA DARLE LA FORMA Y EL TAMAÑO ADECUADO PARA SU USO EN UNIDADES DE FCC. EL CATALIZADOR ES UTIL PARA EL CRAQUEO DE GASOIL, ASI COMO DE ALIMENTACIONES MAS PESADAS.PROCEDURE FOR PREPARING CATALYZERS BASED ON ZEOLITES TREATED WITH PHOSPHORIC ACID, USEFUL FOR APPLICATION IN CATALYTIC CRAGING UNITS, A PROCEDURE FOR PREPARING A CATALYTIC CONTAINING ZEOLITE IS DESCRIBED IN THIS PRESENT MEMBERSHIP. DECREASING THE PRODUCTION OF DRY GAS AND COKE. THE CATALYST IS PREPARED BY MODIFYING THE ZEOLITE WITH AN AQUEOUS SOLUTION OF PHOSPHORIC ACID. AS A ZEOLITE, A USY ZEOLITE IS PREFERRED, WHICH HAS BEEN PARTIALLY DEALUMINIZED BY A PREVIOUS CALCINATION-STEAM TREATMENT, AND IN WHICH THE H3PO4 TREATMENT IS CARRIED OUT IN AN AQUEOUS SOLUTION CONTAINING BETWEEN 0.5 AND 4 PERCENT IN WEIGHT OF H4 WITH REGARD TO THE ZEOLITE. THE MODIFIED ZEOLITE COMBINES WITH THE MATRIX PRECURSOR AND IS ATOMIZED TO GIVE IT THE RIGHT SIZE AND SHAPE FOR USE IN FCC UNITS. THE CATALYST IS USEFUL FOR GASOIL CRAYING, AS WELL AS FOR HEAVIER FEEDING.
