METODO DE VALORACION TOXICOLOGICA DE UN MEDIO ACUATICO. CONSISTE EN UN TEST {CVAIN VITRO QUE UTILIZA LA LINEA CELULAR ESTABLECIDA RTG-2, DERIVADA DE GONADA DE TRUCHA ARCOIRIS. EL TEST SE REALIZA MIDIENDO TRES PARAMETROS DE TOXICIDAD DIFERENTES SOBRE UNA MISMA POBLACION CELULAR, CONCRETAMENTE EL CONTENIDO INTRACELULAR DE ATP COMO MEDIDA DEL ESTADO ENERGETICO DE LAS CELULAS Y LA INTEGRIDAD DE LAS MEMBRANAS, LA INCORPORACION DEL COLORANTE SUPRAVITAL ROJO NEUTRO, COMO MEDIDA DE LA VIABILIDAD CELULAR, Y LA CANTIDAD TOTAL DE PROTEINA, COMO MEDIDA DE LA MORTALIDAD CELULAR. LA TOXICIDAD DE LAS SUSTANCIAS PURAS SE EXPRESA MEDIANTE LAS TRES CONCENTRACIONES EFECTIVAS MEDIAS (CE 50) QUE REFLEJAN LA CONCENTRACION DE SUSTANCIA NECESARIA, PARA OBSERVAR UNA REDUCCION A LA MITAD, DE LOS VALORES OBTENIDOS EN LA POBLACION CONTROL DE CELULAS NO EXPUESTAS. LA TOXICIDAD DE LAS MUESTRAS DE CAMPO, SE EXPRESA COMO PORCENTAJES FRENTE AL CONTROL DE CELULAS NO EXPUESTAS, DE CADA UNO DE LOS TRES PARAMETROS ESTUDIADOS,TENIENDO EN CUENTA LOS FACTORES DE CONCENTRACION/DILUCION APLICADOS A LA MUESTRA.
