SE UTILIZA UN BLANQUEADOR DE CINTA DE INMERSION CON CALENTAMIENTO POR VAPOR DIRECTO DEL BAÑO DE AGUA. A LO LARGO DEL BLANQUEADOR SE SUCCIONA EN VARIOS PUNTOS EL AGUA DE BLANQUEADO, Y SE DEVUELVE EN CONTRA DE LA DIRECCION DE TRANSPORTE DEL PRODUCTO DE NUEVO AL BAÑO DE AGUA. EN EL BLANQUEADOR, LA CORRIENTE DE AGUA LLEVA LA DIRECCION DE TRANSPORTE DEL PRODUCTO Y PRESENTA APROXIMADAMENTE LA MISMA VELOCIDAD. EL SEDIMENTO MEZCLADO CON EL AGUA DE BLANQUEADO SE BOMBEA HACIA FUERA DESDE EL ULTIMO TRAMO DEL BLANQUEADOR.
