A FIRST RESONANCE BODY (5) AND TWO PIEZOELECTRIC DISCS (2, 3) ARE EXTERNALLY MOUNTED ON THE WASHING TANK WALL PLATE (1), WHILE A SECOND RESONANCE BODY (4) IS MOUNTED ON THE INTERNAL SIDE OF SUCH WALL PLATE (1), AND A THREADED BOLT (9) CROSSES SUCH BODIES (4, 5) AND SUCH DISCS (2, 3) AS WELL AS A HOLE IN SUCH PLATE OF THE WASHING TANK WALL, OF SUCH A WAY THAT FIXES ALL THESE ELEMENTS TOGETHER ON THE TANK WALL PLATE. A VIBRATION SEALING, DAMPING RING (10) STANDS BETWEEN THE INTERIOR SURFACE OF THE WALL PLATE (1) OF THE WASHING TANK AND THE SURFACE OF THE INTERIOR RESONANCE BODY THAT ADHERS TO IT. THE SIZE AND SHAPE OF THE RESONANCE BODIES ARE DETERMINED IN SUCH A WAY THAT A CENTRAL, NODAL VIBRATION PLAN MATCHES THE WASHING TANK WALL PLANK.
