EL NERVIO CENTRAL TIENE SU CABEZA DE ACOPLAMIENTO, EN FORMA DE GANCHO, SOBRESALIENDO LIGERAMENTE MAS QUE EL RESTO DE LOS NERVIOS. UNA DE LAS SUPERFICIES LATERALES DEL NERVIO CENTRAL, DESPROVISTA DE LA CABEZA DE ACOPLAMIENTO EN FORMA DE GANCHO, ESTA LIGERAMENTE INCLINADA HACIA ABAJO Y HACIA AFUERA CON RESPECTO AL PLANO GENERAL DEL NERVIO CENTRAL.
