Abstract
Unstacking machine. It is designed for the transfer of the load (2) on a conventional pallet (1) to a pair of conventional trolleys or rolling transporters each of which can receive up to one half (2-2') of the load of the pallet. It has a body (3) that can take the pallet with its load and tilt up along a transversal axis (6) in respect of a fixed base (8) activated by a hydraulic cylinder (9) it has immediately along its inner wall (10) a pair of plates (11) on which, at the end of the tilting, the load (2-2') is placed, and the two halves are separated by the separation of said plates (11), activated by dual-effect hydraulic cylinders, allowing each one of these two halves, after the removal of the pallet (1) with the base (4) of the body folded towards an open position through a hydraulic cylinder (5), to be coupled to the corresponding rolling transporter trolley, and then said base closes again (4), the body (3) swings in the opposite direction to its initial position, and finally the trolleys adopt a vertical position with the corresponding load inside them.
