COMPRENDE: CULTIVAR CLADOSPORIUM RESINAE EN UN MEDIO DE CULTIVO CON LA SIGUIENTE COMPOSICION POR LITRO: 30 G NA NOSI3, 10 G KSI2HPOSI4, 5 G MGSOSI4. 7HSI2O, O,1 G FESOSI4. 7HSI2O, 5 G KCL, Y 30 G DE GLUCOSA O 30 G DE SACAROSA O 200 ML DE GASOLINA DE AVION JP-8 O 200 ML DE GASOLEO PARA AUTOMOVILES, O 200 ML DE ACEITE DE GIRASOL. INCUBAR EL CULTIVO ENTRE 10 Y 40GC, SIENDO SU OPTIMO A 25GC, DURANTE MAS DE 20 DIAS. TRAS EL CULTIVO ELIMINAR EL HONGO POR FILTRACION Y OBTENER LA FASE ACUOSA POR DECANTACION. PASAR LA FASE ACUOSA POR UNA COLUMNA CROMATOGRAFICA DE OCTADECIL, C18, DE 10-50 ML POR LITRO DE FASE ACUOSA. EXTRAER EL BIOTENSIOACTIVO DE LA COLUMNA CON 20-80 ML DE METANOL Y CONCENTRAR CON NITROGENO. EL PRODUCTO OBTENIDO TIENE LAS APLICACIONES GENERALES DE CUALQUIER BIOTENSIOACTIVO.
