Abstract
METODO PARA CONTAR, EN TIEMPO REAL, LOS ARTICULOS QUE VAN SOBRE UNA CINTA TRANSPORTADORA DISTRIBUIDOS DE FORMA ALEATORIA. EL METODO CONSISTE EN LA FORMACION DE UNA IMAGEN DE LOS ARTICULOS PRESENTES EN UNA ZONA DE CONTADORA MEDIANTE UN CAPTADOR DE IMAGEN. DICHA ZONA CONTADORA CORRESPONDE A UNA IMAGEN PERIODICA Y ALARGADA DEL CAPTADOR DE IMAGEN, LA CUAL SE EXTIENDE TRANSVERSALMENTE AL SENTIDO DE MOVIMIENTO DE LA CINTA. LA IMAGEN ALARGADA SE CONVIERTE EN IMAGEN BINARIA COMPUESTA POR UNA FILA DE ELEMENTOS DE IMAGEN, CADA UNO CON SU PROPIO VALOR DE GRIS. LA IMAGEN BINARIA SE OBTIENE ASIGNANDO UN PRIMER ESTADO LOGIDO A LOS ELEMENTOS DE IMAGEN QUE TIENEN UN VALOR DE GRIS POR ENCIMA DE UN VALOR UMBRAL PREFIJADO Y UN SEGUNDO ESTADO LOGICO A ELEMENTOS DE IMAGEN QUE TIENEN UN VALOR POR DEBAJO DE ESTE UMBRAL. EL INVENTO SE CARACTERIZA POR LA DETERMINACION DE SI UN ARTICULO LLEGA A LA ZONA CONTADORA, SI EL ARTICULO ALCANZA A CONTINUACION UNA ANCHURA MINIMA EN LA IMAGEN Y SI DICHO ARTICULO DEJA LA ZONA CONTADORA DE NUEVO, GENERANDOSE ENTONCES UNA SEÑAL DE CUENTA CUANDO EL ARTICULO ABANDONA LA ZONA.
