Abstract

Método de purificación de ácidos grasos caracterizado porque comprende la reparación de un ácido graso esencialmente insoluble en agua y conteniendo cetonas la adición al mismo de un compuesto capaz de reaccionar con dicha sustancia gracias a lo cual tiene lugar una reacción química que forma un producto insoluble de reacción con uno de dichos ácidos y con la cetona y la separación de dicho producto.
