Abstract
Process for preparing thiene-triazole-diazepine derivatives of formula A < IMAGE > where Y represents an atom of oxygen or sulphur and R represents various substituents, which comprises reacting the thiene-triazole-diazepine compound of formula B < IMAGE > with a derivative of RSCH2CO2H, and then reacting the resulting compound with hydrazine hydrate and finally cyclising the compound so obtained with triethyl orthoacetate in order to obtain the compound of formula A in which Y represents oxygen, and optionally to continue with a sulphuration reaction in order to obtain the corresponding compound of formula A in which Y represents sulphur.
