Abstract

A rectifier bridge for an alternator includes two vaned or partially-vaned dissipator bodies 2, 3 which face each other so as to define a space for the mounting of two rows of diodes 8, 9 of the bridge. Each dissipator body has a co-moulded copper insert 11 to which first terminals of a row of diodes are soldered, the second terminals facing and being in contact with corresponding second terminals of the other row of diodes.
