Abstract

SE DESCRIBEN LA PREPARACION Y EL METODO DE USO DE REACTIVOS BICOMPATIBLES INSOLUBLES EN AGUA PARA LA ELIMINACION DE SUSTANCIAS DE FLUIDOS FISIOLOGICOS. EL REACTIVO, QUE COMPRENDE UN SUSTRATO PORTADOR CON UNA CAPA DE AGENTE DE UNION Y DE UN AGENTE BIOCOMPATIBILIZANTE INMOVILIZADOS, SE PRODUCE POR CONTACTO DE UN SUSTRATO PORTADOR ACTIVADO, DE FORMA SIMULTANEA O SUCESIVA, CON EL AGENTE DE UNION Y EL AGENTE BIOCOMPATIBILIZANTE. EL AGENTE BIOCOMPATIBILIZANTE, QUE COMPRENDE UNA MOLECULA ORGANICA CON UN FRAGMENTO NUCLEOFILO Y UN FRAGMENTO NEGATIVAMENTE CARGADO SEPARADOS POR UN BRAZO ESPACIADOR, REACCIONA CON LA SUPERFICIE DE SUSTRATO A TRAVES DE SU FRAGMENTO NUCLEOFILO. EL REACTIVO PUEDE SER INCORPORADO A SISTEMAS EXTRACORPOREOS CONVENCIONALES PARA HEMOPERFUSION O PLASMAPERFUSION PARA ELIMINAR SUSTANCIAS TALES COMO LIPOPROTEINA DE BAJA DENSIDAD.
