Abstract

The present invention relates to new 2-propanol derivatives, to their preparation and to their application as medicaments. The 2-propanol derivatives according to the invention correspond to the general formula I: < IMAGE > and to their therapeutically acceptable salts, in which Ar denotes an optionally substituted aryl radical of the general formula: < IMAGE > in which R3, R4 and R5, which are identical or different, represent a hydrogen atom, a C1 to C4 alkyl radical, a trifluoromethyl group CF3, a C1 to C4 alkoxy radical or halogen, Het represents an azole chosen from: (a) Imidazole of general formula: < IMAGE > in which R6 represents a C1 to C4 alkyl radical or a benzyl radical, (b) Pyrazole of general formula: < IMAGE > in which R7 represents a C1 to C4 alkyl radical, R1 represents a hydrogen atom or a C1 to C4 alkyl radical or a phenyl radical, and R2 represents an amino radical of the general formula < IMAGE > in which R8 can represent a C2 to C4 alkyl radical and R9 represents a hydrogen atom or an ethyl radical.
