Abstract
The invention relates to a method for hydromechanical processing of mineral substances which can be dispersed in water, in which at least one mineral substance serving as starting substance is, if appropriate, prepared, a prebreaking, wet-comminution and cleaning taking place. The essence of the invention consists in that the mineral substance, during the processing with addition of water and/or chemicals and/or suspension, is, by regulated impact forces and shear forces as well as turbulence flow, turbo-dispersed, homogenised and/or conditioned and/or wet-classified and finally, if appropriate, filtered or dried. The invention also relates to a device for implementing the method, the essence of which consists in that the housing (19) is arranged as a lying cylinder, in which, seen in the direction of the substance flow, the metering unit (23), and further, as processing members, the pre-comminution unit (28), the fine comminuter (34) and the turbo-dispersion unit (4) are arranged successively and coaxially. The space parts of the housing (19), which comprise the above structural units, are delimited by filtering walls (33, 37, 38, 45, 46, 47) - preferably with pore sizes which gradually become smaller. Furthermore, the charging hopper (20) serving as inflow and the metering pipe (21) are arranged in the section of the metering unit (23), the outflow of the finished product (48, 49, 50) on the other hand is arranged in the lower section of the turbo-dispersion unit (4).
