Abstract

Procedimiento para la fabricación de sombreros de corcho revestido flexibles caracterizado porque se dispone sobre un molde de madera de la forma de la copa del sombrero una tela de la misma forma en varias piezas y que sea fuerte del tipo trinchera o de plástico y se sobrepone a esta tela una lámina delgada de corcho en varias piezas que tenga en conjunto la misma forma plegable a la tela por una disolución de caucho y encima de esta lámina se sobrepone otra lámina delgada de corcho procurando que las juntas de las piezas no coincidan con las juntas de la otra pegándola una a otra siempre por disolución de caucho lograda ésta mediante disolución por benzol como disolvente y encima y finalmente se pega otra tela fuerte también por disolución de caucho y presión quedando asi las láminas de corcho separadas entre las dos telas.
