Abstract

Installation arrangement, which operates with an overvoltage arrestor in each line to a load to be protected and with a switching member, tripped thermally and arranged electrically in series, in a common retaining housing. According to the invention it is provided that the retaining housing (1) consists of a base (2) and screw-cap (3) like the type of housing used for screw-in fuses, that in each case a varistor (5) shaped like a reaned bolt be inserted in the retaining housing (1) as the overvoltage arrestor, and that an insertion body (4), like a fuse insert with a melting conductor whose response characteristic is matched to the overvoltage arrestor, be arranged as the thermal switching element, an indicating device (9) being housed in the upper contact (8).
