A device for delivering and applying pasty material, having an elongated handle portion and a head portion for applying said cream material, which comprises: an elongated hollow chamber of axially polygonal cross section disposed along said handle portion said chamber having a removable cover member that closes the rear opening thereof; - an axially housed worm inside said chamber of transverse polygonal section, the rear end of said portion of said worm being rotatably supported through a central opening in said lid member and with its exposed external member provided with elements of adjustment to prevent the axial displacement of said screw, without end while allowing rotation thereof; - a plunger element, having a corresponding polygonal perimeter, mounted centrally and threadedly on said worm screw to move along it in a sliding fit against the interior walls of said chamber, when said screw is rotated, the travel being limited forward of said element by a retainer member fixedly provided at the forward end of said screw; - a passage communicating the innermost forward end of said chamber with the application surface of the material of said head portion, said passage extending along said head portion; and - interrupting means in said passage to allow the continuous flow path between said chamber and said application means in said head portion and to interrupt the flow of material through said passageway.
