The fixed-tine harrow is for use in pre-seeding soil cultivation. The harrow consists of a frame with lengthwise members (1) and parallel cross-members (2), with fixed tines on one side made from L-shaped flat plates fixed to the frame cross members so that their downward-projecting surfaces lie at an angle to the direction of travel. - The tines are equally-spaced on each cross-member, with the angle of inclination being reversed on each alternate cross-member. The intervals between the cross-members are reduced, from the front of the harrow to the rear.
