Abstract

Polea mejorada para puertas metálicas arrollables, caracterizada por estar formada por dos chapas metálicas, cada una de ellas definiendo una zona circular doblada en una pestaña circundante, y hallándose las zonas circulares yuxtapuestas por sus caras externas, quedando las pestañas orientadas en sentidos opuestos, para ofrecer una superficie cilíndrica sobre la que se realiza el arrollamiento de la puerta, y presentando ambas zonas circulares un orificio central, los cuales quedan ortogonalmente atravesados por un tramo tubular, en el que se halla alojado al menos un manguito de plástico extraduro, que actúa como cojinete de fricción en el que está ensartado el eje sobre el que se efectúa el giro de la polea, y estando adosado en al menos una de las zonas circulares, una placa dispuesta radialmente desde el tramo tubular hasta la pestaña correspondiente, y previéndose al menos dos agujeros pasantes que interesan las dos zonas circulares y la/las placas, y hallándose firmemente unido, preferiblemente por soldadura, el conjunto formado por las dos chapas, el tramo tubular y la/las placas.
