Nueva variedad de champiñón llamada Agaricus edulis (Vittadini), cepa 2017, caracterizada por un sombrerete redondeado plano, carnoso con cutícula sedosa perfecta mente lisa, un pie corto carnoso, casi siempre cónico, con un anillo superior y uno o dos anillos inferiores, siendo este champiñón de excelente calidad, con carpóforo carnoso, firme y denso, que soporta de manera excepcional la conservación en refrigerador, pudiendo ser cultivado a temperaturas más elevadas que el champiñón de semillero, presentando una excelente resistencia a las enfermedades, lo que confiere a los cultivos un excelente estado sanitario, y que tiene además una calidad gustativa más parecida a la de los champiñones silvestres que a la del champiñón de semillero.
