Abstract

Cápsula de fijación y precinto para tapones y botellas, caracterizado por estar constituidas en material plástico transparente semirígido, siendo particularmente idóneo el poliestirol antichoque, preferentemente del llamado tipo 580, siendo fabricadas estas cápsulas por estampado-inyectado en moldes, formando una vaina que puede ser puesta libre y normalmente sobre el tapón y las botella, siendo fijada a uno de los rebordes de ésta por calentamiento local, mediante un chorro de aire caliente que reblandece la banda, y es adherida consistentemente por la presión de una o varias ruedecillas que la moldean al rebordeado del gollete por enfriamiento o absorción del calor devolviéndolas la consistencia rígida.
