Abstract
Armazón de cinta para circuitos integrados, y en particular para contenedor de plástico destinado a encapsular, caracterizado porque comprende a cada lado, respecto a un eje de simetría longitudinal del contenedor, una aleta de enfriamiento central en cuyos flancos quedan tres reóforos por lado presentando los dos externos de cada terna una sección ensanchada hacia el eje longitudinal, con expansión sólo por la parte vuelta hacia el reóforo central; extendiéndose la aleta en anchura prácticamente de la una a la otra terna de reóforos y en longitud hasta el extremo del armazón; estando conectados los reóforos con el extremo libre a una cinta transversal que, estrechándose, se une a los extremos de la aleta.
