Abstract

Botón forrado especial para tapicería, caracterizado porque consiste en un botón constituido especialmente para ser forrado con tejidos de mucha dureza y espesor, para lo cual consta de tres elementos, de los cuales el exterior que presenta una forma de pared lateral prismática unida a una de las bases del prisma, es el que irá recubierto por el tapizado que se extenderá por toda su superficie exterior y por la superficie interior de la pared prismática, quedando aprisionado el tapiz entre dicha pared y el reborde existente en la pieza interior del botón, constituida por una placa, dotada de diversas deformaciones para aumentar su resistencia, cuyo borde inclinado hacia afuera actua como uña prensora del tapiz; en el centro de esta segunda pieza hay una ranura por la que emerge hacia el exterior la pletina de anclaje, doblada en forma de U, cuyos extremos doblados hacia afuera quedan encajados en la mencionada pieza interior impidiendo que salga hacia afuera al someter a esfuerzo de tracción dicha pletina de anclaje.
