Abstract
1. Sistema captador de energía eólica o marina, utilizando turbinas constituidas por parapentes, cometas elípticos, romboidales, rectangulares o de media caña, giratorios, torsionados o con unas aletas en porciones de sus bordes de salida o de entrada de las aristas y estén sujetas de sus extremos mediante cables o cordones, los cuales por la acción del viento o del agua aplican el movimiento de giro generado al eje de un generador eléctrico o elemento mecánico a mover, sujetos estos al suelo o a un vehículo, los parapentes o cometas elípticos se direccionan hacia el viento o corriente de agua automáticamente.
