I ecc i Ó n.

ROTATING TROLLEY FOR THE COLLECTION OF FRUITS The present invention relates to a rotating collection cart that has been specially designed for the collection of cultivated products, acting as 5 sopotie and means of transport for the boxes in which the collected fruits are deposited , with the consequent saving of time and with a remarkable simplification of the work. The collection car is composed of a metal tubular structure with which maximum structural strength is achieved with a minimum weight. The chassis is supported on two calibrated solid axles, one of them rotating, on which four wheels are supported with ball or needle bearings. TECHNICAL SECTOR This invention has its application within the industry dedicated to the manufacture of equipment, devices and elements applicable in agriculture in general and hand-propelled vehicles. STATE OF THE TECHNIQUE 20 Formerly for the collection of cultivated products, cars were usually used, provided with a front wheel, a pair of rear legs, two handles and a bucket or loading platform, so that on these cars were the boxes or Fruit receiving containers, where each operator loaded the product collected in their buckets onto the boxes. 25 This first manipulation meant a first transfer of the fruit, since most of these cars did not fit along narrow aisles defined between rows of plantations. After this first handling the containers with the product were transported to a warehouse, which constituted a second handling. The fruit suffers with this excess handling, so that its quality decreases especially in delicate fruits, and especially when the environmental temperature is high. Currently, small cars are used on which the operator can directly place the product, but product transfers continue to exist,
since the car is passed to a larger car in the central aisle and, after this, a second handling on the way to the warehouse. This problem is eliminated with the rotating collection car, since the collection can be transported directly from the aisle to the warehouse thanks to its 5 hitch system, which allows several cars to be coupled one behind the other (a system similar to the cars of a train. The operator bears less weight in transport, the fruit does not suffer in excess and the collection can be faster and more efficient 10 DESCRIPTION OF THE VENTION The rotating car for the collection of fruits constitutes in itself a novelty within its field of application, in addition to solving in a fully satisfactory manner the above-mentioned problem, being a multipurpose transport for work inside greenhouses with narrow aisles, reducing the handling of the fruit and the excess of blows that often arise in the transfer of the product. The operator's weight is minimal since he only has to push the four-wheeled car. More specifically, the Collection carriage consists of a tubular metal structure that acts as a chassis and can be pushed 20 by two handles, one on each side of the chassis. These handles can be fixed or swivel, and the base of the chassis that acts as a tray for the boxes can be designed in various length measures, in addition to being laterally extensible. In addition, the entire chassis is covered by a layer of protective paint. Said chassis is supported on four wheels that gives the car a great maneuverability, thanks to the ball bearings with which said wheels can be equipped and that favors the transpol1e of the car. The wheels are placed on two calibrated solid axles, where one of them is capable of turning on both sides thanks to a kind of rudder that is incorporated on said axle. This rudder is also complemented with its own hitching theme, with which it is possible to simultaneously transport several cars one after the other, with the consequent saving of time and with a remarkable simplification of the collection work.
DETAILED EXPLANATION OF THE DRAWINGS To complete the description that is being made and in order to help a better understanding of the features of the invention, a series of sheets of drawings are attached to the present specification in which the following is represented: Figure 1 shows a perspective view from the top of the object of the invention related to the traction group. A side elevation of the object shown in Figure 1 is shown in Figure 2 within the working environment. 10 Figure 3 shows the plan view from below of the object. Figure 4 shows the profile view of the collection car. Figure 5 shows a perspective view and a side elevation of an example of using the hitch system. Figure 6 shows a perspective view of the rotation of the collection car with its hitch system. 20 Figure 7 shows a perspective view of the fixing device of the collection car. Figure 8 shows a perspective view of the rotation of the rudder and the axle of the collection car. EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION The fruit collection car is made from a structure based on a steel tube (3) st-37, symmetrical with respect to an imaginary vertical plane, in which two axes are defined (5) calibrated beds where the wheels are housed (6). It also consists of two handles (1), one front and one rear, handles that extend forward and upward and close on themselves, configuring a kind of frontal defense. These may be fixed or rotating. Between the two handles (1) a kind of fixed tray (2) is established, intended to house the empty boxes that will contain the collected product. Said tray (2) will be designed in several length measures (for two or three boxes) and is laterally extensible, designed to contain different types of boxes.
So that the handles (1) can be rotatable, the collection carriage has a rotating system that consists of adding to one of the axles (5) a kind of rudder (4) that allows two of the wheels to turn right or left Up to a certain angle. Said rudder (4) is also used as a hitch system, since it is possible to simultaneously transport several cars as if they were wagons of a train, joining the rudder of each car with the hitch (8) of the next. 10
