DESCRIPCiÓN CEPILLO DE PÚAS OCUL TABLES OBJETO DE LA INVENCiÓN La presente invención se refiere a un cep'illo para peinar el cabello de púas ocultables que comprende: un núcleo rígido que comprende la estructura inferior del cepillo; entendiendo como parte inferior, aquella que corresponde al hueco del tirador, un núcleo rígido que comprende la estructura superior del cepillo, provisto de orificios una placa interior móvil provista de púas, ancladas a ésta, teniendo a su vez, una morfología determinada y disponiendo de un tirador. CAMPO DE APLICACiÓN DE LA INVENCiÓN La invención es aplicable en el campo dedicado a cepillos especialmente destinados a peinar el cabello. ANTECEDENTES DE LA INVENCiÓN La invención no presenta antecedentes debido a que con anterioridad no ha habido objetos con estas características para el campo de aplicación destinado.
DESCRIPCiÓN DE LA INVENCiÓN El dispositivo para peinar el cabello, objeto de esta invención; siendo del tipo de los cepillos que comprenden: un núcleo rígido que comprende la estructura inferior del cepillo; entendiendo como parte inferior, aquella que corresponde al hueco del tirador, un núcleo rígido que comprende la estructura superior del cepillo, provisto de orificios una placa interior móvil provista de púas, ancladas a ésta, teniendo a su vez, una morfología determinada disponiendo de un tirador. p~esenta unas particularidades constructivas orientadas a dotar al dispositivo de unos medios para conseguir un desplazamiento lineal vertical de las púas unidas a la base portadora consiguiendo as! dos posiciones de las púas, en posición de cepillado y en posición oculta o enrasada con el resto del cepillo. De acuerdo con la invención, se trata de un sistema que proviene de la morfología propia del diseño del cepillo. La disposición de las distintas componentes, mínimas y necesarias, hacen viable el movimiento vertical de las púas, permitiendo esta invención. La situación del tirador, situado en la placa interior, depende de la posición que se desee, teniendo posición tal que éste se enrase con la del cuerpo cuando las púas estén extraídas y, quedando exterior a la envolvente de la estructura cuando las púas estén ocultas dentro de la estructura de la cabeza del cepillo. El movimiento se produce cuando el usuario actúa sobre el tirador en movimiento de avance, por lo que las púas emergen del cuerpo de la estructura por los
orificios existentes en el núcleo superior, obteniendo así la posición de las púas en modo de cepillado. Una vez acabado el cepillado mediante esta invención, las púas se esconden gracias al movimiento de la placa interior al actuar sobre el tirador, siendo esta vez un movimiento de retroceso. Por tanto, se tienen 2 posiciones de las púas, una de ellas en modo de cepillado, esto es, quedando las púas exteriores al cuerpo y tirador enrasado por la parte inferior de éste y, en modo de reposo, es decir, quedando las púas ocultas dentro del cuerpo y tirador exterior a la parte inferior de éste. DESCRIPCiÓN DE LOS DIBUJOS Para complementar la descripción que se está realizando y con objeto de facilitar la comprensión de las características de la invención, se acompaña a la presente memoria descriptiva un conjunto de planos en el que, con carácter ilustrativo y no limitativo, se representa lo siguiente: Las figuras 1, 2 Y 3 representan el núcleo inferior de la estructura mediante vistas en alzado, planta y sección A-A', respectivamente. Se puede observar en las distintas vistas el orificio correspondiente al paso del tirador situado en la placa interior, así como dos pivotes circulares que permiten la unión a presión de las dos piezas que conforman la estructura.
Las figuras 4, 5 Y 6 representan el núcleo superior de la estructura mediante vistas en alzado, planta y sección A-A', respectivamente. Se puede observar los diversos orificios correspondientes al paso de las púas de la placa interior, así como las patillas necesarias para la sujeción de la placa interior móvil. Las figuras 7, 8 Y 9 representan la placa interior móvil provista de púas mediante vistas en alzado, planta y perfil izquierdo, respectivamente. Ésta se compone de una placa de forma ovalada rígida, a la cual vienen unidas las púas y tirador. Dicha placa dispone de orificios circulares, uno en cada extremo, a modo que supongan la limitación de movimiento a solamente el vertical. En cada una de las figuras se han dispuesto los elementos que se han considerado oportunas con el fin de identificar de forma adecuada la invención. REALIZACiÓN PREFERENTE DE LA INVENCiÓN El sistema consiste en 2 piezas que conforman la estructura, núcleos rígidos inferior y superior, los cuales se unen a presión mediante el plano longitudinal central que separa dichas mitades. La unión de estas piezas conforma el cuerpo de la estructura del cepillo, obteniendo así en la parte de la cabeza un espacio hueco interior, en el cual vendrá alojada la placa interior móvil, mientras que el mango del cepillo conforma un elemento rígido apto para el manejo del utensilio. La unión anteriormente comentada, se produce a presión, debido a la existencia de los dos pivotes circulares.
Ambos núcleos que forman la estructura tienen orificios en la parte de la cabeza del cepillo. Esto es necesario para el paso de la placa interna provista de púas y tirador. El núcleo inferior dispone de orificio oyalado correspondiente al paso del tirador, mientras que el núcleo superior dispone de múltiples orificios de dimensión circular muy reducida correspondientes al paso de las púas de la placa interior. Por otro lado, el núcleo superior dispone de 2 pivotes circulares, los cuales hacen función de guía para el movimiento de la placa interior. La placa interior es la que induce al funcionamiento del mecanismo debido a su morfologia y diseño. En conjunto, se forma de una placa rígida ovalada presentando por la parte inferior un tirador y, por la superior, el conjunto de las múltiples púas. En ambos lados del eje longitudinal de la placa, se tiene orificios circulares, uno en cada extremo. Dichos orificios permiten el movimiento vertical de la placa, debido a que los pivotes internos antes comentados situados en el núcleo superior de la estructura sirven de guía de dicho movimiento. Por tanto, se tiene un conjunto compacto de piezas, 2 de las cuales se encuentran en posición fija, correspondientes a la estructura. La pieza restante es la placa interior móvil, la cual funciona generando el movimiento vertical de la misma debido al tirador dispuesto en su parte inferior. La fabricación de las distintas piezas se realizará mediante plástico rígido, partiendo de moldes generados expresamente para tal fin.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The device for combing hair, object of this invention; being of the type of brushes comprising: a rigid core comprising the lower structure of the brush; understood as the lower part, that corresponding to the hollow of the handle, a rigid core comprising the upper structure of the brush, provided with holes a movable inner plate provided with spikes, anchored to it, having in turn, a determined morphology having a shooter. p ~ esenta some constructive features oriented to provide the device with means to achieve a vertical linear displacement of the spikes attached to the carrier base thus achieving! two positions of the tines, in a brushed position and in a hidden or flush position with the rest of the brush. According to the invention, it is a system that comes from the morphology of the brush design. The arrangement of the various components, minimum and necessary, make the vertical movement of the tines viable, allowing this invention. The location of the handle, located on the inner plate, depends on the desired position, having a position such that it is flush with that of the body when the tines are removed and, being outside the envelope of the structure when the tines are hidden within the structure of the brush head. The movement occurs when the user acts on the shooter in forward movement, so that the spikes emerge from the body of the structure by the
holes in the upper core, thus obtaining the position of the spikes in brushing mode. Once the brushing is finished by this invention, the spikes are hidden thanks to the movement of the inner plate when acting on the handle, this time being a recoil movement. Therefore, there are 2 positions of the spikes, one of them in brushing mode, that is, the spikes being outside the body and handle flush with the bottom of it and, in rest mode, that is, the spikes hidden inside the body and outside handle to the bottom of it. DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS To complement the description that is being made and in order to facilitate the understanding of the features of the invention, a set of plans is attached to the present specification in which, for illustrative and non-limiting purposes, it is represented the following: Figures 1, 2 and 3 represent the lower core of the structure by elevation, plan and section views A-A ', respectively. Figures 4, 5 and 6 represent the upper core of the structure by elevation, plan and section views A-A ', respectively. It is possible to observe the various holes corresponding to the passage of the barbs of the inner plate, as well as the pins necessary for securing the mobile inner plate. Figures 7, 8 and 9 represent the movable inner plate provided with spikes by elevation, plan and left profile views, respectively. This is composed of a rigid oval shaped plate, to which the spikes and handle are attached. Said plate has circular holes, one at each end, so as to suppose the limitation of movement to only the vertical. In each of the figures, the elements that have been considered appropriate in order to properly identify the invention have been arranged. PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION The system consists of 2 pieces that make up the structure, rigid lower and upper cores, which are joined under pressure by means of the central longitudinal plane that separates said halves. The union of these pieces forms the body of the structure of the brush, thus obtaining in the part of the head a hollow interior space, in which the mobile interior plate will be housed, while the handle of the brush forms a rigid element suitable for the utensil handling. The aforementioned union is produced under pressure, due to the existence of the two circular pivots.
Both cores that form the structure have holes in the part of the brush head. This is necessary for the passage of the internal plate provided with spikes and handle. The lower core has an eyelet hole corresponding to the passage of the handle, while the upper core has multiple holes of very small circular dimension corresponding to the passage of the barbs of the inner plate. On the other hand, the upper core has 2 circular pivots, which serve as a guide for the movement of the inner plate. The inner plate is what induces the functioning of the mechanism due to its morphology and design. As a whole, it is formed of an oval rigid plate presenting at the bottom a handle and, at the top, the set of the multiple spikes. On both sides of the longitudinal axis of the plate, there are circular holes, one at each end. Said holes allow the vertical movement of the plate, because the aforementioned internal pivots located in the upper core of the structure serve as a guide for said movement. Therefore, there is a compact set of parts, 2 of which are in a fixed position, corresponding to the structure. The remaining piece is the movable inner plate, which works by generating its vertical movement due to the handle arranged in its lower part. The manufacturing of the different pieces will be made by rigid plastic, based on molds expressly generated for this purpose.
