DESCRlPCION DISPOSITIVO PARA LA ELIMINACION DE LAS HECES DE LA BOLSA DE ILEOSTOMIA SECTOR DE LA TECNICA. La presente invención pertenece al campo de la medicina y más concretamente al campo del material de uso para pacientes con ostomia. En concreto para pacientes con ileostomias. El objeto de la presente invención es Wl dispositivo que permite la eliminación del efluente que contiene las bolsas de ileostomias y permite eliminar este en el WC. La denominación del invento será ILEOCLEAN. ANTECEDENTES DE LA INVENCION. Una ileostomia es Wla abertura en la pared abdominal, que se hace mediante cirugía. El extremo terminal del íleon es reubicado a través de la abertura para formar una estoma, usualmente en el lado derecho del abdomen. Esto significa que las funciones normales del colon y del recto dejan de estar presentes, por ello los productos de desecho de la digestión salen del cuerpo a través del estoma, siendo recogidos estos desechos por medio de una bolsa colectora, pudiéndose vaciar esta las veees que sea necesario. Actualmente no existe ningún dispositivo específico diseñado para ayudar a la eliminación del efluente sin que el paciente tenga que colocarse en posición de rodillas y sin que haya riesgo de ensuciarse la ropa.
EXPLICACION DE LA INVENClON Los inventores de la presente solicitud ha dcsarrollado un nuevo dispositivo que resuelve los problemas que suelen argumentar todos los pacientes ileostomizados, tener que usar una posición que en algunas ocasiones produce dolor ( posición de rodillas) o cuando la posición cs de pie hay peligro dc ensuciar la ropa Los pacientes ileostomizados , hacen referencia continuamente a la postura que deben adoptar para eliminar el contenido de la bolsa de ileostomia es incómoda. Cuando el paciente tiene una edad avanzada le resulta muy difícil y doloroso colocarse en la posición de rodillas. Además cuando han dc ir a un aseo público se hace del todo imposible colocarse de rodillas por la ralta de higicne con lo que su postura sería dc pie. Esta postura no esta exenta de riesgos cl principal, cnsuciarse la ropa con las heces que salen por la abertura de la bolsa ya quc el contcnido suele ser entre líquido y pastoso. Estas heces tienen tanto contenido cn ácido que mancha la ropa de manera que hace muy difícil su eliminación en la ropa y les obligaría a ir manchados y/o llevar ropa de repuesto. Es por ello que los inventores consideran su invención como un medio que permite el uso de baños públicos a personas ileostomizadas de una manera más digna y menos traumática que cn la actualidad. Por todo ello los inventores de la presente solicitud han discñado un dispositivo que evita estos problemas anteriormente dcscritos. El dispositivo permite por tanto que el efluente salga desde la bolsa de ileostomia hasta el WC sin riesgos, pudiendo ser recogido posteriormente y eliminarse en una bolsa y contenedor de residuos posteriormente. De acuerdo con todo lo anterior, la presente invcnción esta dirigido al uso de un dispositivo seguro para pacientcs ileostomizados. 1\ continuación, sc dcfine con mayor detalle cada una de las partes.
1) El dispositivo comprende las siguientes partes a) Cono de plástico esencialmente cilíndrica y esencialmente recta. Además, la anchura de dicho cono disminuye esencialmente de forma uniforme desde su parte superior hasta su parte inferior con una anchura en la parte superior de 19 cm. yen su parte inferior con una anchura de 9 cm., con una longitud de 95 cm. regulable en longitud pudiendo ser cortada para adaptar a la altura del paciente. En este documento, el termino "esencialmente cilíndrica "o "esencialmente recto "hace referencia a una forma fundamentalmente cilíndrica o recta respectivamente pero que según las necesidades puede estar recogida o puede ser recortada. El cono será preferiblemente transparente que permite visualizar la correcta eliminación de las heces. Permita una valoración del aspecto de las mismas pudiéndose identi ficar rápidamente alteraciones patológicas como la presencia de moco sangrc indicativas de alguna patología. b) Fiador (varilla) externo: consiste cn una varilla de metal recubierta de plástico para evitar daños, dicha varilla se encuentra fijada en la parte posterior dc la manga y que permite ser doblada en forma de C en posición horizontal para que se cree un túnel que permita deslizarse al efluente, cuyas medidas son 24 cm. de largo por 0,5 cm. de ancho. e) Fiador (varilla)de plástico interno con banda autoadhesiva : en la parte interna de la manga hay un fiador con una banda autoadhesiva para que esta ultima sc fije a la bolsa de ileostomia en su cara posterior, de esta forma se permite la manipulación de la bolsa de ileostomia de forma segura
Los inventores de la presente solicitud han comprobado el correcto funcionamiento del sistema de eliminación del efluente desdc la bolsa dc ileostomia hasta cl WC, sin que para ello el paciente tenga que estar de rodillas y sin que se produzca riesgo de mancharse la ropa, Ni estar en contacto con el suelo de los wc y los posibles restos que en el se encuentren. BREVE DESCRIPCION DE LOS DIBUJOS La figura 1 muestra una imagen frontal del dispositivo constituido por un cono de plástico en donde se visualizan los dos fiadores, tanto el interno como el externo. El fiador externo es mas largo que el cono de plástico para permitir que se enrolle sobre si mismo para ser eliminado posteriormente. El fiador interno con una banda autoadhesiva para fijarse en la bolsa de ileostomia en su parte posterior. La figura 2 representa una imagen en perspectiva del dispositivo. La figura 3 representa el dispositivo emollado como vendría de fabrica y como debe terminar una vez utilizado.
