PLANTILLA PROTECTORA REUTILIZABLE
DESCRIPCIÓN
OBJETO DE LA INVENCIÓN
La presente invención se refiere a una plantilla protectora reutilizable, para su aplicación en prendas femeninas. Concretamente, el protector de la invención presenta propiedades bactericidas, antihongos, regeneradoras, cicatrizantes e hidrófugas, y que consigue paliar una enfermedad denominada bromhidrosis, ofreciendo una transpiración de la zona íntima femenina, creando unas condiciones óptimas de humedad, desinfección y mejorando el olor desagradable.
Además, ya que esta plantilla se localiza en la entrepierna de la prenda femenina, ésta ofrece a la usuaria una protección frente a roces y fricciones ocasionadas durante la actividad física.
Ventajosamente, el protector de la invención se puede reutilizar tantas veces como se necesite, ofreciendo a la usuaria una vía para prescindir del uso de ropa interior cuando la prenda textil lleva adaptada el protector de la invención.
ANTECEDENTES DE LA INVENCIÓN
La mujer tiene cuatro veces más probabilidades de contraer una UTI (infección del tracto urinario) que el hombre pues éstas tienen la uretra más corta, lo que aumenta la posibilidad de que las bacterias lleguen a la vejiga. Además, la abertura de la uretra femenina se encuentra cerca de la vagina y del ano, lugares donde hay bacterias y es más probable la proliferación de infecciones.
La ropa que se utiliza es muy importante para evitar estas infecciones, incluida la ropa imagen2irritación en la zona íntima, los ginecólogos recomiendan que no se use ropa interior. La ropa interior de nailon, licras, pantis, bodis, maillots, etc. muy apretados, atrapan la humedad impidiendo la transpiración normal de la zona genital y ayudando a las bacterias a crecer.

Por otro lado, en la actualidad se conocen prendas provistas de protectores que acolchan una zona determinada cuya finalidad es incrementar la comodidad y disminuir el impacto al usuario durante la práctica de deporte, por ejemplo, durante el uso de la bicicleta.
Actualmente, se desconoce la existencia de protectores textiles higiénicos que, siendo reutilizables, impidan específicamente la proliferación de microbios, bacterias y hongos neutralizando el mal olor en la zona genital femenina, evitando el roce del elástico de la ropa interior o el exceso de sudoración y humedad que se produce por el simple hecho de utilizar ropa comprensiva.
DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA INVENCIÓN
La plantilla protectora reutilizable que la invención constituye en sí misma es una novedad dentro de su campo de aplicación, pues se trata de una plantilla textil fabricada, específicamente, para evitar las infecciones y molestias que la mujer sufre en sus zonas íntimas por su exposición a la humedad.
La plantilla protectora reutilizable está integrada por la superposición de una pluralidad de capas, estando sus capas unidas entre ellas. Así, la plantilla de la invención está integrada por:
-Una capa de tejido textil técnico hidrófugo cuya estructura contiene hilados con propiedades hidrófugas de fibras que incorporan quitina y/o quitosano combinados con un principio activo, preferentemente, de iones de plata o de óxido de zinc. Opcionalmente, el quitosano o la quitina presentes en el hilado del tejido textil técnico hidrófugo puede ser incorporado mediante nanopartículas o microcapsulas. Así, el tejido resultante descrito otorga propiedades bactericidas, anti-hongos, regeneradoras y cicatrizantes, siendo muy adecuado para estar en contacto con la

piel y zona íntima genital de la usuaria.
Opcionalmente, las fibras que integran la estructura de este tejido técnico son
naturales, sintéticas o una combinación de éstas.
-Una capa intermedia que contiene un gel polimérico o una silicona médica que
presenta una sustancia anti-fúngica, anti-bacteriana.
-Una capa de tejido externa para su fijación en el interior de la prenda.
El objetivo que se alcanza durante el uso de la plantilla protectora es evitar la acumulación de humedad, por la presencia de tejidos hidrófugos, ofreciendo una transpiración en la zona al favorecer el flujo de aire. De esta manera, la plantilla permite la regulación de la temperatura corporal en la zona, evitando el exceso de calor y la irritación dérmica y, además, eliminando los olores generados por la sudoración. Incluso siendo muy útil como medida de paliamiento para aquellas personas que sufren de bromhidrosis, enfermedad relacionada con el mal olor corporal asociado a la hiper-sudoración.
Adicionalmente, la presencia de anti-fúngicos y antibacterianos contenidos en el protector de la invención previene la proliferación de bacterias, hongos y neutralizan el mal olor.
Opcionalmente, la capa de tejido textil técnico hidrófugo de la plantilla puede contener aloe vera, bambú, proteínas de soja, vitaminas o algas con el fin de conferir a la plantilla unos beneficios o cualidades específicas según el uso que se le vaya a dar a la prenda y la función específica de bienestar que se pretenda proporcional a la usuaria.
Ventajosamente, el protector ofrece la posibilidad de evitar el uso de ropa interior cuando ésta se encuentre adaptada en la zona de la entrepierna de la prenda de la usuaria, otorgando una sensación fisiológica de confort al eliminar posibles fuentes de humedad de la piel, debido a su gran capacidad de absorción.
Una ventaja adicional que ofrece la plantilla protectora es su reutilización debido a que sus capas están integradas por tejidos textiles y geles de polímeros que tras su lavado Adicionalmente, y con el fin de ofrecer un protector con una transpiración superior, las capas textiles y de geles de polímeros, anteriormente descritas, están perforadas favoreciendo la circulación de aire en la zona.

El protector puede incluir una capa adicional de tejido textil no técnico que se pegará o coserá a la prenda. Opcionalmente, cuando la tercera capa del protector esté provista de velcro ® o un adhesivo térmico, el protector se puede quitar y poner fácilmente, sin necesidad de que el protector esté siempre fijo a la prenda.
Por todo lo anteriormente dicho, la plantilla protectora obtenida a partir de la invención ofrece unas condiciones óptimas de humedad y desinfección, que ayudan a la transpiración de la piel en esa zona, por lo que se considera una plantilla muy recomendable para el uso íntimo femenino y concretamente como producto para la prevención y tratamiento de infecciones provocadas por bacterias y por hongos.
DESCRIPCIÓN DE LOS DIBUJOS
Para complementar la descripción que seguidamente se va a realizar y con objeto de ayudar a una mejor comprensión de las características del invento, de acuerdo con un ejemplo preferente de realización práctica del mismo, se acompaña como parte integrante de dicha descripción, un juego de dibujos en donde con carácter ilustrativo y no limitativo, se ha representado lo siguiente:

REALIZACIÓN PREFERENTE DE LA INVENCIÓN
Como se puede observar en la figura 1, la plantilla protectora reutilizable (1) está integrada por tres capas que forman un conjunto indivisible con una forma, preferentemente, alargada que permite la adaptación a la zona íntima de la mujer.

Así, la capa (2) en contacto con la piel y la zona intima genital femenina de la usuaria está integrada, preferentemente, por un tejido textil técnico inteligente compuesto, preferentemente, por la combinación de fibras con propiedades antibacterianas antimicrobianas, regeneradoras y cicatrizantes, que previenen las infecciones y el mal olor, concretamente, que incorporan quitina y/o quitosano.
Opcionalmente, el tejido de la capa (2) puede incorporar micro-partículas con propiedades hidrófugas que evitan la humedad, permitiendo que las gotas de sudor permanezcan en la plantilla en lugar de mantenerse en la piel, o incluso micro-cápsulas de óxido de zinc e iones de plata.
La capa intermedia (3), que se sitúa entre la capa (2) en contacto con la piel y la capa en contacto con la prenda (4), está provista de un gel de polímero o silicona médica tratados con un fungicida para repeler las bacterias, hongos, olores, etc.
Ventajosamente, la superficie de la capa intermedia es mayor que la capa (2). De esta forma, al situarse la capa (2) de forma centrada sobre la superficie de la capa intermedia (3), se obtiene una plantilla (1) provista de un perímetro exterior de gel, integrado por la capa intermedia (3), que será el que entré en contacto con la piel de la usuaria, ofreciendo así una sensación de comodidad aún mayor, en ausencia de roces que produzcan irritaciones.
Finalmente, el protector incorpora una capa (4), preferentemente de tejido textil no técnico, que se puede coser o pegar con un adhesivo para fijar la plantilla (1) en el interior de la prenda sobre la que se vaya a posicionar.
Adicionalmente, la capa (4) en contacto con la prenda se puede fabricar con velcro ® o material similar consiguiendo tener una plantilla (1) totalmente independiente para su utilización en cualquier prenda, convirtiéndose en una capa de agarre solapada a la capa intermedia (3).

Opcionalmente la plantilla incorpora orificios (5) para favorecer la transpiración del protector.

Claims (1)

    REIVINDICACIONES
    1ª.-Plantilla protectora reutilizable (1) para su colocación preferentemente en la zona de la entrepierna, caracterizada porque comprende:
    -Una capa (2) de tejido textil técnico en contacto con la piel de la usuaria con propiedades bactericidas y anti-hongos, cuya estructura contiene hilados con propiedades hidrófugas de fibras con quitosano y/o quitina.
    -Una capa intermedia (3) que contiene un gel polimérico o una silicona médica que presenta una sustancia anti-fúngica y antibacteriana. -Una capa (4) de tejido textil para para su fijación en el interior de la prenda.
    Estando las tres capas unidas entre ellas.
    2ª.-Plantilla protectora reutilizable, según reivindicación 1ª, caracterizada porque el tejido textil técnico de la capa (2) en contacto con la piel de la usuaria contiene un principio activo, preferentemente, de iones plata o de óxido de zinc.
    3ª.-Plantilla protectora reutilizable, según reivindicación 1ª, caracterizada porque el tejido textil técnico de la capa (2) en contacto con la piel de la usuaria contiene quitosano y/o quitina incorporados mediante nanopartículas o microcapsulas.
    4ª.-Plantilla protectora reutilizable, según reivindicación 1ª, caracterizada porque la capa intermedia (3) de gel presenta una superficie de mayor tamaño que la capa (2) de tejido textil técnico inteligente, ofreciendo una plantilla (1) provista de un perímetro exterior de gel integrado por la capa intermedia (3).
    5ª.-Plantilla protectora reutilizable, según reivindicación 1ª, caracterizada porque todas las capas están perforadas, conteniendo orificios (5) para facilitar la transpiración.

    7ª.-Plantilla protectora reutilizable, según reivindicación 1ª, caracterizada porque la capa (4) de tejido textil para su fijación en el interior de la prenda incluye un velcro, o similar para fijar la plantilla de una forma independiente a la prenda.
