Tornillo quirúrgico con espira invertida para fracturas pertrocantéreas del lado izquierdo que comprende un cuerpo (1) que en uno de sus extremos presenta habilitado una serie de hendiduras para permitir que un utensilio externo pueda ejercer un movimiento en sentido anti-horario atornillándolo, y que está caracterizado porque dicho cuerpo en su otro extremo presenta una espira (2) con sentido inverso, de tal forma que el cuerpo tenga que ser introducido en sentido anti-horario.
