Para ello, se hace necesaria una seleccion previa de los distintos tipos de 5 residuos en el propio hogar de manera que se agrupen adecuadamente, al menos, los cartones y papel par un lado, los envases y residuos plasticos y metalicos, par otro lado, y los envases de vidrio par otro, separandolos del resto de basuras y desperdicios para depositar cada uno de ellos en el correspondiente contenedor urbano. 10 Dicha separacion, sin embargo, presenta una serie de inconvenientes a los que el contenedor de la presente invencien pretende dar soluciOn. Asi, por un lado, uno de los principales inconvenientes que presenta tal separaci6n es la necesidad de utilizer bolsas, ya sea de plastic° o de papel, para agrupar los 15 distintos tipos de residuo y poder !leverlos al contenedor. Par tanto, si usamos varies bolsas cada dia, estamos generando mas residuos, lo cual, va en contra del propio espiritu del reciclaje. Otro de los inconvenientes de la tarea de reciclar, tanto si se usan bolsas como 20 si se utilize un cubo o recipiente recuperable, viene dada por el hecho de que para vaciar el contenido del mismo hay que trasladar los residuos a man° de uno en uno hasta la boca del contenedor, ya que las bocas de los contenedores, edemas de ser pequerlas y estar tapadas con cintas anti olor, suelen estar en posicion vertical en una de sus paredes laterales (contenedores azules de papel 25 y cartOn y contenedores amarillos de envases plasticos y metal) o en posici6n oblicua (contenedores verdes de recogida de vidrio). Par ello resulta poco practico, lento y en muchos casos poco higienicos el tener que coger los envases uno a uno e ir depositandolos en la boca correspondiente del contenedor. 30 Para solventar dichos inconvenientes y facilitar dicha separacion del contenido y facifitar su vaciado, el propio solicitante es titular de un modelo de ufilidad can n° de solicitud U201102038 y relativo a un quot;Contenedor domestic° para reciclaje de residuosquot;, en el que se divulge un contenedor, con el que, edemas de poder

agrupar en el hogar convenientemente los diferentes tipos de residuos, resulta mas fad, rapid° y limpio el vaciado de su contenido en la boca del contenedor correspondiente, el cual, sin embargo, si bien cumple satisfactoriamente con su cometido y con los objetivos anteriormente sefialados, presenta algunos 5 aspectos susceptibles de ser mejorados, en particular los referentes al sistema de vaciado del contenedor en el contenedor urbano, siendo el objefivo de la presente invencion el desarrollo de un nuevo contenedor domestic° de residuos mejorado en dicho aspecto mediante la incorporacion de un novedoso mecanismo de empuje para facilitar y hacer mas c6modo dicho vaciado. 10 Cabe mencionar, por otra parte, que se desconoce la existencia de ning& otro contenedor domestic° para reciclaje de residuos con mecanismo de empuje para vaciado facil o invenciOn de aplicacion similar que presente unas caracteristicas tecnicas, estructurales y constitutivas semejantes a las que presenta el que aqui 15 se preconiza y segtin se reivindica. EXPLICACION DE LA INVENCION Asi, el contenedor domestic° para reciclaje de residuos con mecanismo de 20 empuje para vaciado facil que la presente invencion propone se configura como una destacable novedad dentro de su campo de aplicacien, ya que, a tenor de su implementacion y de forma taxativa, se alcanzan satisfactoriamente los objetivos anteriormente sefialados como idoneos, estando los detalles caracterizadores que lo hacen posible y que lo distinguen, convenientemente 25 recogidos en las reivindicaciones finales que acomparlan a la presente memoria descriptiva del mismo. De manera concreta, lo que la invencion preconiza es un contenedor de residuos destinado a uso domestic°, diseriado para facilitar la agrupaciOn selectiva de 30 diferentes tipos de residuos en el hogar asi como para facilitar su transports y, de manera especial, para facilitar su descarga en el contenedor de residuos urbanos correspondiente, para lo cual esta dotado de un mecanismo de empuje destinado a facilitar dicha descarga de su contenido.
Se trata, pues, de un contenedor que se configura coma un recipiente rigido, que facilita y mejora el proceso de reciclaje, posibilita un comodo transporte de los residuos desde el hogar hasta los contenedores de reciclaje y una descarga muy rapida y sencilla de su contenido en el contenedor urbano, con la ventaja de que 5 no requiere del empleo de bolsas plasticas, y pudiendo presentar distintos formatos, segOn el tipo de residuo a que se destine. Para ello, el contendor preconizado esta conformado par un recipiente rigida que interiormente dispone de un doble fondo mewl' que discurre a traves de su 10 interior y, mediante un mecanismo que contempla un vastago plegable de manejo, permitiendo su disposition a modo de embolo, se puede desplazar hacia la embocadura para empujar el contenido de residuos y facilitar la acci6n de verter dicho contenido inyectandolo directamente en el interior del contenedor sin necesidad de tocarlo. 15 Preferentemente, segOn el tipo de residuo a que se destina, el contenedor se configura de distinta forma, siendo: - un recipiente cilindrico, si es para envases, plasticos y metal, adaptandose asi 20 a los contenedores urbanos de tales residuos que suelen ser de boca redonda o cuadrangular; - un recipiente rectangular de configuration plantar alargada, para la recogida de papel y cartOn, adaptandose a la forma rectangular que presentan generalmente 25 las bocas de los contenedores urbanos de recogida de cartOn y papel; - o coma un recipiente cilindrico, para residuos de vidrio, dado que los contenedores urbanos de vidrio suelen tener la boca redonda. 30 En cualquier caso el descrito fondo movil siempre tendra la misma configuration que el fondo fijo o base del contenedor, para que la moverlo abarque completamente el espacio interior del contenedor y empuje todo su contenido hacia el exterior.
Como se ha senalado, el citado vastago de manejo es plegable, con la finalidad de poder quedar escamoteado lateralmente a la pared del contenedor mientras no sea necesario usarlo para vaciar su contenido. 5 El descrito contenedor domestic° para reciclaje de residuos con mecanismo de empuje para vaciado fad representa, pues, una estructura de caracteristicas estructurales y constitutivas desconocidas hasta ahora para tal fin, razones que unidas a su utilidad practice, la dotan de fundamento suficiente para obtener el privilegio de exclusividad que se solicita. 10 DESCRIPCION DE LOS DIBUJOS Para complementar la descripcion que se este realizando y con objeto de ayudar a una mejor comprension de las caracteristicas de la invencion, se acompafia la 15 presente memoria descriptive, como parte integrante de la misma, de un juego de pianos, en los que con caracter ilustrativo y no limitativo se ha representado lo siguiente: La figura ntimero 1.- Muestra una vista en secci6n, segOn un code vertical, de un 20 ejemplo de realizacien del contenedor domesbco para reciclaje de residuos con mecanismo de empuje para vaciado fad, objeto de la invenciOn, representado con el mecanismo de empuje en posiciOn de reposo, apreciandose en ella las principales partes y elementos que comprende. 25 La figura ntimero 2.- Muestra una vista en planta inferior del ejemplo de contenedor, segOn la invencion, mostrado en la figura precedente, igualmente representado con su mecanismo de empuje en posicion de reposo. La figura nOmero 3.- Muestra una vista en secci6n del contenedor de la 30 invencion, similar a la mostrada en la figura 1, pero en este caso representada con el vastago del manejo del mecanismo parcialmente desplegado. Las figures nOmero 4, 5 y 6.- Muestran respectivas vistas en seccien del mismo ejemplo de contenedor, segOn la invencion, que el mostrado en las figuras
anteriores, representado con el vastago de manejo del mecanismo completamente desplegado y el fondo movil en distintas fases de empuje del contenido. 5 REALIZACION PREFERENTE DE LA INVENCION A la vista de las mencionadas figuras y de acuerdo con la numeracion adoptada, se puede apreciar en ellas un ejemplo de realizacion preferido, per° no !imitative, del contenedor domestic° para reciclaje de residuos con mecanismo de empuje 10 para vaciado fad, objeto de la invencion, el cual comprende las partes y elementos que se indican y describen en detalle a continuacien. Asi, tal como se observe en dichas figures, el contenedor (1) en cuestion se configure a partir de un recipiente (2) que, realizado en cualquier material rigido, 15 es de forma convencional interiormente hueco, cuenta con una base (3) que lo cierra inferiormente y con una embocadura (4) superior que puede estar dotada o no de tapa, presentando la innovadora particularidad de que, en el interior de dicho recipiente (2) se contempla la existencia de un doble fondo (5) movil, el cual, conformado por una plataforma que abarca ajustadamente el espacio 20 interior del recipiente (2), se encuentra asociado a un vastago (6) de manejo que permite empujar y desplazar dicho doble fondo (5) desde la base (3) inferior hasta la embocadura (4) superior del recipiente (2) a modo de embolo y, con elle, lagicamente disponiendo el recipiente (2) encarado con su embocadura (4) hada la boca del contenedor urbano (no representado) en el que se ha de vaciar el 25 contenido, facilitar el empuje de los residues contenidos en el recipiente (2) para que caigan facilmente al contenedor urbano sin tocarlos. Es importante destacar que el citado vastage (6) se encuentra unido solidariamente a la parte inferior del doble fondo (5) atravesando para elle la 30 base (3) inferior, en la que, preferentemente, se han previsto unas patas (7) de apoyo. Pero edemas, y para que no suponga un inconveniente cuando el recipiente este colocado de forma convencional con la base (3) inferior en el suelo, dicho \restage (6) es plegable y este unido al doble fondo (5) mediante una uni6n articulada (8), que permite doblarlo hasta 900 a una posici6n
perpendicular a la base (3), tal coma muestra la figura 2, habiandose previsto asimismo, una segunda articulaciOn (9) que permite doblarlo de nuevo otros 90° para situarlo en una posicion paralela al tabique lateral del recipiente (2), quedando dividido en dos tramos, uno coda (6a) adosado a la base (3) y uno 5 largo (6b) adosado al lateral del recipiente (2). Asimismo, en la zona de la base (3) inferior se ha previsto una canaladura (10) en la que encaja el primer tramo o tramo coda (6a) del vastago (6) del mecanismo de empuje, evitando que suponga un elemento regruesado y quede 10 a ras de la superficie de la base (3) inferior. L6gicamente, el contenedor (2) podra tener la configuraciOn plantar que convenga, circular, rectangular o alargada, seg0n el tipo de residuo a que se destine en cada caso y, en una realizacion preferida de la invenci6n, el doble 15 fondo (5) movil estara constituido por una estructura enrejillada. Opcionalmente, para facilitar el deslizamiento del doble fondo (5) movil por el interior del recipiente (2), en las paredes de este se han previsto unas guias laterales (11), de forma que el desplazamiento de del mismo queda 20 adecuadamente guiado. Adernas, en el borde superior de la embocadura (4) del recipiente (2) se ha previsto un reborde (12) que acttia de tope para evitar que el doble fondo (5) movil se salga del contenedor (2). 25 Descrita suficientemente la naturaleza de la presente invencion, asi coma la manera de ponerla en practica, no se considera necesario hacer mas extensa su explicacion para que cualquier experto en la materia tenga suficiente informaciOn para que comprenda su alcance y las ventajas que de ella se derivan asi como 30 para poder proceder a la reproducciOn de la misma, hacienda constar que, dentro de su esencialidad, podra ser Ilevada a la practica en otras formas de realizaciOn que difieran en detalle de la indicada a titulo de ejemplo, y a las cuales alcanzara igualmente la proteccion que se recaba siempre que no se altere, cambie o modifique su principio fundamental. 35
