Abstract

1. Dispositivo cortador de turrón, que facilita un corte fácil y limpio de las tabletas de turrón, así como su adecuada presentación para su consumo; caracterizado porque cuenta con cinco piezas independientes de rápido montaje/desmontaje y consistentes en: - un soporte inferior (3) con sección en "U" y provisto de dos ranuras enfrentadas (9) de recepción de una cuchilla; - una bandeja (4) de soporte y presentación del turrón que cuenta con un asa frontal (7) y un asa posterior (8), y que es deslizable por el referido soporte (3); - una tapa superior (1) con sección en "U" invertida, acoplable al soporte inferior (3) y dotada de un asa con cuchilla (2) inseparable de la referida tapa superior (1) y desplazable perpendicularmente respecto de la misma; de manera que al efectuar desplazamientos verticales en el asa con cuchilla (2) y desplazamientos horizontales en la bandeja (4) se producen cortes transversales en el turrón; - una tapa frontal (5) que facilita el cierre de la zona frontal delconjunto formado por el soporte inferior (3), la bandeja (4) y la tapa superior (1); y - una tapa posterior (6) que facilita el cierre de la zona posterior del conjunto formado por el soporte inferior (3), la bandeja (4) y la tapa superior (1).
