Pieza para la formación de encofrados para forjados, constituida por una o dos piezas a base de material ligero, tal y como poliestireno expandido, que queda rematada por una superficie inferior sensiblemente plana, caracterizada porque lleva ocluida a partir de dicha superficie inferior y en posición paralela a la misma, al menos un perfil que dispone de paredes o alas superiores, que quedan totalmente ocluidas en el material ligero, y de una pared inferior que es sensiblemente plana con la superficie inferior plana de la pieza y queda vista a través de dicha superficie para la fijación, a través de orificios practicados en dicha pared inferior, de estructuras o piezas de recubrimiento.
