Dispositivo de envase para sustancia hídrica dispensador para hidratación y mejora de suelos, del tipo que comprende un recipiente (1) conteniendo dicha sustancia hídrica (H), unos medios de cierre para el cierre de dicho recipiente (1), y unos medios de dispensación para poner en contacto la sustancia hídrica (H) del interior del recipiente (1) con el suelo (S), caracterizado porque dichos medios de cierre comprenden una lámina (2) unida por todo su contorno a una superficie perimétrica adyacente a una amplia abertura del recipiente (1) cerrando herméticamente dicha sustancia hídrica (H) en el interior del recipiente (1), siendo dicha lámina (2) susceptible de ser rasgada o retirada al menos en parte y obteniéndose dichos medios de dispensación colocando el recipiente (1) sobre un suelo (S) con dicha amplia abertura enfrentada a dicho suelo (S), abierta al menos en parte, para poner en contacto la sustancia hídrica (H) del interior del recipiente (1) con el suelo (S).
