Abstract

Refuerzo para puntales de estanterías que fundamentalmente se caracteriza por estar constituido por un perfil metálico susceptible de acoplarse a lo largo del perfil que constituye el puntal a reforzar, a cuyo efecto sus alas (1.1) y (1.2) encajan en el interior de los laterales abiertos del puntal (4), a los que se fija uniéndolos mediante tornillos y tuercas (5), pasados a través de los respectivos orificios (2) que a tal efecto presentan los citados laterales (4.1) y(4.2) del puntal (4.1) y alas (1.1) y (1.2) del refuerzo (1), presentando el perfil del refuerzo una o más nervaduras (3) formadas en la propia estampación del mismo, destinadas a aumentar el momento de inercia de su sección y con ello su resistencia a la compresión y a la flexión o pandeo, cualidades que transmiten al puntal (4) a que va aplicado.
